Panels
Pine wood panels are grown in length and glued in width. Panels are being made and glued mainly from 24-60 mm wide separate slats. After formation they are planed and after gluing - carefully polished. After drying humidity in prefabricated panels is 12% +/- 2%. Sticking line is visible on the surface of the panel. For fastening is used glue (D4) ensuring a high quality joints.
A/A quality
A/A-quality panels are made of prefabricated wood with radial / half-radial fiber. Knots, blue rot, cracks, wood core are not acceptable, neither planing or other defects.
We offer A / A-category panels in the following dimensions:
- 18x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
- 24x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
- 40x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
C/C quality
C/C quality panels are made of prefabricated wood with mixed fiber. Knots, blue rot, cracks, wood core are acceptable.
We offer C/C category panels in the following dimensions:
- 18x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
- 24x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
- 40x up to 1200 x up to 6000 mm
